The design concept for this three-story steel structure building in Yangon’s Mayangone district, located along Min Dhama Main Road and facing Taw Win Road, emphasizes a blend of modern functionality and vibrant community engagement. Positioned in a prime location near Witoriya Hospital and 9 Mile Supermarket, with a convenient 11-minute drive to Yangon International Airport, the building aims to serve as a dynamic hub that caters to both local residents and visitors.

The ground floor, designed as a bustling commercial mall, features an open, inviting layout with large glass windows to showcase the variety of shops, fostering a lively atmosphere that encourages foot traffic and interaction. The facade incorporates a colorful vertical panel system in green, blue, and white, symbolizing growth, trust, and accessibility, which aligns with the building’s role as a community focal point.

The second floor, dedicated to bank offices, reflects a professional yet approachable aesthetic with sleek lines and natural wood accents, promoting a sense of reliability and stability for financial services. The overall design integrates sustainable materials and ample natural light to enhance energy efficiency, while the strategic location balances convenience with a slightly removed setting from the city center, offering a peaceful yet connected environment.
