On August 7, our Principal Architect, Shih-Chou Chan, was invited to the “AI-Driven Architecture Lifecycle” forum to deliver a keynote speech titled “The New Industry Ecosystem of AI+BIM.” During the session, he shared how our firm leverages the integration of AI and BIM technologies to break through traditional architectural processes, achieving comprehensive digital information integration across design, construction, supervision, and subsequent operations and maintenance.
Beyond our deep roots in Taiwan, we have expanded our global footprint to China and Southeast Asian countries—including Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Indonesia—through our affiliate, Jesser International Design. For large-scale multinational projects, the adoption of AI and digital technologies is the key to overcoming geographical boundaries, maintaining high design standards, and enabling highly efficient collaboration.
