Just Space International Design has been commissioned to design Saw Mahar Residence, a private villa located in the heart of Myanmar’s urban center.
Despite its setting within a bustling city, the site retains mature trees and abundant greenery.
The design team has completed an initial site survey, assessing the existing building, natural lighting and ventilation, spatial circulation, and surrounding landscape.
The future design will be centered on the homeowner’s lifestyle and needs, reorganizing the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces while preserving the site’s valuable natural features.
The project aims to create an urban residence that combines contemporary aesthetics, functional comfort, and a distinctive sense of place.
