未更改 The proposed site locates in Thuwanna Township of Yangon. Since there are some famous place especially Indoor Thuwanna Stadium which were held a lot of events near the proposal site, that is good to view as a mix-use building. The main road is linked to the proposed site and Pazundaung Creek is located behind the plot, so that the users can access the river view and feel the nature.
This project is proposed to become the first HOPSCA complex in Myanmar. In residential zone there is not only the affordable housing also middle end condo and high end villas are included.
