Our project is tucked away in the rhythmic pulse of Mandalay, a deliberately placed shelter that is both near to the MITC and just outside of downtown. Imagine a landscape where the undulations of the land tell tales of growth and opportunity, beckoning a system of roads to integrate accessibility into the city’s structure. The zoning plan thoughtfully integrates residential, commercial, and public facilities zones, creating a harmonious and functional urban environment. The strategic placement of these zones ensures that residents have easy access to essential services and amenities
