Perched on the serene slopes of Anyara Hills, Anyara 20 is a luxury villa shaped through two generational design evolutions—each resonating with nature’s rhythm and sculptural form.
The first-generation design took inspiration from the form of a whale, a gentle giant gliding through sea and terrain. Its fluid curves and streamlined silhouette evoke a sense of grace and motion, allowing the structure to appear as if it swims in harmony with the landscape.
In the second generation, the design turned inward to embrace the layered terrain of Anyara Hill itself. The villa’s tiered volumes mimic the natural undulations of the site, abstracted as rhythmic architectural waves. The stepping terraces and flowing geometry create a dialogue with the topography—each level echoing the language of the land, as if grown from the slope itself.
This is more than a residence—it is a poetic integration of form, context, and the passage of time.
