Project Description :
The location of the project is Youngzhou city, Hunan province. Youngzhou is famous as bamboo city, and bas the beautiful name after Shenzhou Yao ethnic. In the “Eight Stories of Youngzhou” written by Liu Zongyuan of the Tang Dynasty and the “Tai Chi Diagram” written by philosopher Zhou Dunyi of the Song Dynasty are famous articles that witnessed the rich cultural heritage of Youngzhou. The project design delicately integrates factors of local history, humanities and geography through element of city flower and Yao ethnics. The overall design emphasizes the natural change of balanced, symmetrical and cohesive. The abstract book shape design is the metaphor of the 3-decade history since the first group hotel was established in 1988. In the meantime, a large amount of Chinese symbols with unique women’s script are also design elements that are the most fascinating aspect of this art design.
