Project Overview :
Huitang hot spring Staff Sanatorium is a public welfare institution headed by Hunan Federation of Trade Unions. After the reconstruction, it was renamed as Huitang Junlan Hot Spring Resort Hotel. The project is located in Huitang Town, Ningxiang County, Changsha City, covering an area of more than 400 mu, with a construction area of about 50,000 square meters in the first phase. It is also the former residence of Mao Zedong and Liu Shaoqi, and is the first batch of “National Model Labor Base of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions” integrating hot springs, accommodation, conferences, catering, leisure and entertainment and medical centers. The main building of the first phase of this project is a hotel function, with the theme of “Qinyuan Spring · Snow” in Mao Zedong’s poems, the spa building on the left front, the theme of health preservation, and the conference building on the right back, with the theme of trade union politics. After completion, it will become an important meeting place for national trade unions, and the second phase of the General Building and the Cultural and Sports Building will be launched soon.
