【2026 JSID Our AI Journey: From Exploration to Integration】

Since 2024, our team has actively invested in researching AI software trends, continuously conducting real-world testing and iterations on architectural design tools.

In the early planning stages, we have proven that Giraffe can boost efficiency by at least fivefold, effectively replacing SketchUp for area and GFA calculations. Regarding massing and solar orientation analysis, we evaluated Hypar AI and have decided to extend our testing phase to further verify its full potential.

We have also implemented a significant upgrade in our visual proposals: we are now integrating Gemini 3 into our long-standing AIR rendering workflows. Additionally, we have introduced AI video generation tools like Runway to enhance the dynamic impact of our storytelling. Concurrently, we decisively phased out PlanFinder, as its lack of flexibility for interior layouts did not meet our professional standards.

Following extensive screening, we have established our “Dual-Platform Collaboration Strategy”: utilizing Miro as our hub for divergent thinking and preliminary research, while fully adopting Notion for project management and standardization (SOP).

This transition marks our evolution from broad experimentation to deep, integrated application. Moving forward, we will focus on these two core management platforms to achieve optimal performance and project excellence.
