Recently, the JSID team traveled to Yangon, Myanmar, to visit the renowned local enterprise, Nature Build Company Limited.
The visit was personally hosted by Managing Director Mr. Maung Maung Gyi, fostering a deep professional exchange regarding the future of architectural technology.
The presentation was led by Taipei Office Principal Architect Joseph Chan and BIM Director Alex Huang, joined by Ms. Pan Ei, Senior Architect and Professional Manager of the JSID Yangon Office. Centered on the core theme of “AI + BIM Integrated Workflow,” the team demonstrated to Managing Director Maung Maung Gyi and his team how JSID seamlessly integrates the computational advantages of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the production workflow of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
During the session, Architect Joseph Chan shared the firm’s vision for next-generation design processes.
BIM Director Alex Huang utilized real-world case studies to demonstrate how AI tools assist in optimizing parametric design, enhancing modeling efficiency and precision, and effectively resolving complex interface integration issues. Ms. Pan Ei further analyzed the workflow from a local project management perspective, explaining how this high-tech approach adapts to Myanmar’s local construction environment, thereby assisting clients in maintaining precise control over costs and schedules from the initial project stages.
This exchange not only showcased JSID’s technical leadership in the Southeast Asian architectural market but also strengthened the technical connection between Taiwan and Myanmar through dialogue with Nature Build Company Limited and its leadership team. JSID continues to drive design value through innovative technology, providing clients with architectural solutions defined by an international perspective.
