【2026 JSID/GEP Just Space Visits Taiwan Mitsubishi Estate: Exploring New Trends in AI & BIM Digital Architecture】

Recently, the JSID International team was invited to Taiwan Mitsubishi Estate for a project exchange and technical sharing session. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on architectural development strategies across Asia and emerging trends in digital transformation.

The meeting was personally hosted by Director Lü of the Planning Department and Manager Huang of Taiwan Mitsubishi Estate. During the session, JSID International shared its cross-border design footprint in Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
The team also highlighted its core competitive advantage in the field of digital architecture—the integrated application of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Amid the wave of digital transformation, architectural design is no longer solely about aesthetic expression. JSID International demonstrated how AI-assisted design generation can expand creative possibilities, while BIM technology enables precise control over construction quality and project budgets.
We emphasized that architecture in the new era must embody humanistic “warmth,” engineering “precision,” and executional “speed.”

This technical exchange was highly recognized by the Mitsubishi Estate team and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration. JSID International will continue to deepen its presence in the Asian market, empowering design through technology and delivering more innovative solutions to the architecture and construction industry.
