The Just Space International Design team recently traveled to Yangon, Myanmar, for an in-depth exchange session focused on the frontiers of architectural technology with the renowned local enterprise, iGREEN Development & Engineering Group.
The event centered on “The Integrated Application of AI and BIM (Building Information Modeling),” aiming to explore how digital tools are reshaping contemporary architectural design processes.
Taipei and Yangon Join Forces: Demonstrating Cross-Border Technical Integration
The presentation was jointly led by”Alex Huang, BIM Director at the Taipei Headquarters, and Ms. War Lwin, Design Director at the Yangon Branch.
Drawing on his profound expertise in BIM technology, Director Huang provided a comprehensive analysis of how JSID successfully transitioned from traditional operation models to a data-driven BIM (Revit) workflow. Meanwhile, Director War Lwin combined local design perspectives to explain how advanced AI technology is being incorporated into actual project decision-making.
The seamless coordination between the two speakers not only demonstrated the smooth collaboration within JSID’s cross-border team but also vividly illustrated the powerful potential of “AI + BIM” in practical application to the iGREEN Development & Engineering Group team.
Technology Empowers Design: From Automation to Precision Aesthetics
The session highlighted specific achievements of this digital transformation:
Process Optimization: Significantly improved cross-departmental collaboration efficiency by integrating information through BIM.
AI-Assisted Decision Making: Utilizing AI for automated drawing generation and design detail optimization.
Focus on Aesthetics: Technology resolves tedious technical calculations, allowing architects to release more energy and focus on the creation of spatial aesthetics.
Connecting Taipei and Yangon: Creating a New Landscape for Smart Architecture
The atmosphere at the exchange was enthusiastic, with members of the iGREEN Development & Engineering Group showing high interest in JSID’s ArchTech capabilities and new technology applications.
Through this cross-border sharing facilitated by”Alex Huang and Ms. War Lwin, JSID not only demonstrated its professional height in the field of architectural technology but also successfully connected the technical networks of Taipei and Yangon. We look forward to partnering with iGREEN Development & Engineering Group in the future to inject innovative AI and BIM thinking into more construction projects in Yangon, jointly creating a new landscape for smart architecture.
