JSID recently demonstrated its robust capabilities in cross-border integration. Led by Lead Architect Joseph Chan from the Taipei office, and accompanied by BIM Director Alex Huang, the team traveled to Myanmar to join forces with Ms. Pan Ei, Senior Architect and Professional Manager of the JSID Yangon office, for a joint visit to the renowned local enterprise, Alliance Star Group.
The meeting centered on a grand-scale 500-acre urban design development project. Drawing on his extensive international design experience, Lead Architect Joseph Chan defined the macro vision for the project. Meanwhile, BIM Director Alex Huang provided professional consultation on information integration and Digital Twin technology for the massive site, ensuring planning precision and operational efficiency. Furthermore, Ms. Pan Ei played a pivotal bridging role in the collaboration, leveraging her profound understanding of local Myanmar regulations and market culture.
This powerful collaboration between JSID’s Taipei and Yangon teams not only demonstrates the firm’s determination to deepen its presence in the Southeast Asian market but also highlights the competitive advantage of combining an “International Design Perspective” with “Local Professional Management.” Through this in-depth cooperation on the 500-acre project, both parties aim to create a new urban landmark that meets international standards and delivers sustainable value to the region.
