【2025 JSID/GEP From Drawings to Design – A Spring Journey with Our 2025 Interns】

As June comes to a close, we bid a fond farewell to our spring internship group. From March to June, students from various academic backgrounds joined us to experience the day-to-day workings of an architectural practice—stepping into a world where ideas take shape through sketches, models, and collaboration.

During their time with us, the interns engaged in a range of design and documentation tasks, including:
🔹 Preparing and organizing architectural detail drawings
🔹 Assisting with physical model-making, from concept to presentation
🔹 Participating in interior design drafting and materials discussions
🔹 Supporting public-sector project research and preliminary preparation work

Through these experiences, we aimed to offer more than just technical skills—we wanted to share a glimpse into the collaborative and evolving process of design, and help them gain confidence for the next steps in their professional journeys.

Outside the office, we also enjoyed some good food and great conversations over a farewell lunch, creating memories beyond the drawing board.

To all of our interns: thank you for your contributions, curiosity, and energy.
We wish you the very best in your academic and professional paths ahead—onward and upward!

Beyond Space, Shaping Success.
