【2025 JSID/GEP Completion of the 2025 Overseas Expansion Program Report|Grateful for Three Years of Support from the National Land Administration】

With the support of the Ministry of the Interior’s “Subsidy Program for Domestic Construction Firms and Architectural Offices Expanding Overseas,” our team has successfully completed the 2025 year-end presentation. This three-year subsidy program has played a pivotal role in advancing our overseas development and has laid a solid foundation for our continued growth in international markets.

Over the past three years, under the guidance and assistance of the National Land Administration, we have steadily established overseas footholds and expanded our presence across key Southeast Asian cities. Through the execution of multiple cross-border projects, we have gained valuable insights into local markets and significantly enhanced our capabilities in international collaboration—across culture, regulations, technology, and project coordination.

During this period, we engaged in professional exchanges with partners from various countries, integrating design methodologies and refining project management workflows. These efforts have allowed us to bring the value of Taiwanese architectural expertise into diverse regional contexts. Each milestone achieved not only brought us further but also opened up new possibilities for the future.

Looking ahead, we will continue to uphold our professional commitment as we accelerate our international expansion. Our goal is to transform years of design experience into globally competitive services, while strengthening Taiwan’s architectural presence on the world stage through ongoing international collaboration.

We once again extend our sincere gratitude to the National Land Administration for its support and trust over the past three years, enabling us to move forward steadily and achieve meaningful milestones in the global market.

Beyond Space, Shaping Success.
