Jing Fu mansion arts (Landscape Design)

  • Elevation markings across the area are supplemented based on the original elevation settings, including outdoor seating heights (40-45 cm).

  • A stepping stone is added to the pool, with the material matching the pool base and edge in deep gray granite, consistent with the front plaza.

  • The front plaza paving retains the combination of deep gray and light gray granite, adjusted to align with the architectural plan’s recessed and protruding features.

  • The rear courtyard paving is revised to permeable high-pressure bricks in response to green building reviews, with a suggested color scheme of black, gray, and white.

  • All-area seating is constructed with on-site poured reinforced concrete, finished with light-colored polished concrete and coated with protective paint, set at a height of 40-45 cm, with LED underlighting.

  • Rear courtyard railing: Due to elevation differences and safety considerations, railing installation on the west and north sides of the site may be required; the decision and exact location are pending confirmation.

  • Lighting positions across the area include: landscape low-level lights, LED strip lights under seating, outdoor projection (tree) lights, paving guide lights, waterproof LED strip lights along the pool edge, and lighting for the water fountain wall.
