KEMPAS

This project is conceived with the core vision of “Urban Integration and Sustainable Coexistence”, creating a mixed-use development that seamlessly combines hotel and commercial functions. The architectural massing, with its dynamic vertical rhythm and staggered forms, defines a contemporary skyline while large-scale plazas and landscaped terraces connect the development to its surrounding urban fabric and natural environment, offering inviting public spaces.

From an urban design perspective, the focus is on human interaction with the city:

  • Generous setbacks and plazas create a pedestrian-friendly scale, fostering strong connections between the buildings and urban life.

  • The hotel component provides international-standard hospitality and leisure, strengthening the city’s global image.

  • The commercial spaces, with flexible layouts, accommodate diverse programs and serve as an essential hub for everyday urban activities.

Sustainability is embedded throughout the design:

  • Extensive rooftop gardens and elevated terraces mitigate the heat island effect and contribute to the city’s green network.

  • A high-performance façade system enhances energy efficiency and occupant comfort.

  • Public spaces and circulation systems emphasize accessibility, sharing, and long-term resilience.

Ultimately, this development is envisioned not just as a group of buildings, but as a new urban landmark — a vibrant hub that integrates business, hospitality, leisure, and social life, bringing renewed vitality and value to the city.
